Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Special Notice: All sale items are final sale and non returnable. If you have a defective item please contact us for a replacement.

We hope you will be satisfied with all our products. If you find a product to be defective or damaged, we can provide a replacement or a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the product but it is not damaged or defective in any way, we can process returns with a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of shipping. Shipping charges of returns are not refunded.

To process a return, you MUST contact us for a Return Authorization. Returns received without a return authorization will not be credited to the customer and will not be shipped back to the customer. Please send your purchased item, preferably in the original box if available. Write "Return" and your RA number on the included packing slip. Upon receipt, the appropriate credit will be applied directly to the account with which you purchased your product.

We can arrange for the shipping of returns to our warehouse for the customer. This will incur a $5 Call Tag fee in addition to shipping costs which will be taken out of the cost of the item to be refunded to the customer. If you would like shipping arranged for you, please request it when requesting a Return Authorization number.

Unfortunately, due to the cost of sending items overseas, the shipping costs of items sent overseas must be covered by the customer. We will gladly provide replacements as per the terms described above, but will need to charge for any associated shipping costs.

Any cancellations can be processed until an item is shipped. A cancellation will be processed for a full refund and can be requested by email or phone. Once the item has left our warehouse it is processed as a return and not as a cancellation.

Note: We can only process refunds to the original account used for payment. We CANNOT process any returns or exchanges for products purchased through resellers or other retailers.
