At Tadpoles Bedding we strive to provide quick shipping and item processing. Most orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We hope you will be satisfied with all our products. If you find a product to be defective or damaged, we can provide a replacement or a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the product but it is not damaged or defective in any way, we can process returns with a 15% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges of returns are not refunded.

To process a return, you MUST contact us for a Return Authorization. Returns received without a return authorization will not be credited to the customer and will not be shipped back to the customer.Please send your purchased item, preferably in the original box if available. Write "Return" and your RA number on the included packing slip. Upon receipt, the appropriate credit will be applied directly to the account with which you purchased your product.

Note: We can only process payment to the original account. We also CANNOT process returns or exchanges of any sort for products purchased through resellers. Please contact the reseller directly.
