Shipping Related
Why do you have an order minimum?
We strive to offer incredibly affordable shipping rates to our customer. We cover a portion of the shipping costs with every order to offer free, $5, or $10 shipping. To ensure that we can keep offering this affordable shipping we need orders to reach a $20 minimum.
How Much is Shipping?
We offer special rates for shipping within the continental United States: Orders up to $50 ship for $5; up to $100 ship for $10; over $100 ship free. Certain oversized items may incur shipping surcharges. Shipping rates for other geographic areas are calculated automatically based on the method chosen by the customer.
When will my order ship?
At Tadpoles Bedding we strive to provide quick shipping and item processing. The official shipping window is 3-5 business days. However, most in-stock item orders are processed within 24 hours on business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. If you have any problems placing the order online, please feel free to contact us by phone.

Do you accept PayPal?
We accept major credit cards and payments through PayPal. Our site is run on the Yahoo!SmallBusiness framework which secures all credit card information and it is never actually seen directly by our company. In addition, cards are only authorized for 30 days after the order is submitted, meaning we can only make charges within 30 days of the order to further protect you.
What is Montauk Auctions?
Depending on how you pay for your order, you may see Montauk Auctions appear on your statement. This is the name under our Paypal account and is, in fact, our company.
Is Tadpoles Bedding affiliated with Sleeping Partners?
Tadpoles Bedding is the official retail site of Sleeping Partners. We provide the entire Sleeping Partners line directly to customers, often at a significant price advantage.

Are your products safe?
All our products passed safety testing. Our organics products are certified organic. Certificates of testing may be provided upon request.
Can I buy moses basket bedding and moses baskets separately?
Yes. You can buy an undressed moses basket under "Single Moses Baskets". You can buy bedding only under any of our moses basket styles. Just choose the "Bedding Only" option in the dropdown menu before adding the item to your cart.
Can I buy a single moses basket sheet/mattress/etc??
Our moses basket bedding is produced as a set. We do not carry individual bedding pieces. If you are looking for an individual piece, feel free to contact us and we will check if we have anything available. Please note however, typically the only option is to purchase a complete set of moses basket bedding.
Do you offer any discounts or special sales?
Occasionally, we do offer sale pricing on certain items. You will find these discounted items under the "Sale Items" section of the site. In addition, we do run discount coupons frequently. Follow us on Twitter and becomes a fan on Facebook to find out about them!
Why can't I select one of the colors pictured?
If you see a picture of an item in a particular color but cannot choose the option from the drop down menu, that means the item is discontinued in that particular color but the other colors are still available. We keep the images on site so customers can find sets they purchased as references. |
